Dancers & Showgirls

Goldfingers® offers flexible rosters and the option of mid-day, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm or 9pm start times on most shifts, along with minimal podium requirements and the option of comparatively short shifts.

Goldfingers® provide a plush dressing and break area exclusively for their performers use, we also provide access to in-house beauticians, make-up artists, spray tan technicians, hairdressers and a wide range of industry related shoes and clothing.

OUR ALL FEMALE DANCE MANAGEMENT team make it their goal to ensure each individual’s needs are met.

FULL TRAINING is provided by one of our dance instructors for girls with little or no experience. Training encompasses everything from podium dancing and pole tricks, talking to customers and ways to solve difficult situations. For your first two shifts, we offer a “buddy” to each girl enabling her to fit straight into the relaxed culture of the venue with introductions to regular clientele as well as other performers and staff making the transition seamless from “New Girl” to “Goldfinger® Girl”.

We also offer regular clinics for experienced girls who are looking to take their career to the next level by becoming a Showgirl. Our highly skilled instructors are available to consult on choreography as well as music and costume selection in order to maximise the impact of each performance. Goldfingers host a number of in-house and external competitions each year for Showgirls.
