A $250 bond is required to secure all function bookings. Function bookings are not confirmed until you have paid the bond and we have sent you a confirmation letter & receipt. Bonds may be paid at Goldfingers reception during trading hours or by calling 03 9670 9457.
Your bond will be returned by mail the week following your function via chq.
Bonds will be partly or fully withheld in the event of the following:

Your final attendance number fails to reach your confirmed number your bond will be deducted the full cost per person for each person confirmed but not in attendance.

Minimum of 20 guests is required for use of the Venetian Room, 15 guests for the Club Bar and 10 guests for Restaurant functions. If your numbers decrease below the required number of guests, your bond will be deducted the full cost per person.

Any damage to the function room or amenities will result in the bond being withheld until a damage report can be made. The total amount of the damage will be deducted from your bond and any additional charges will be forwarded.

In the event that you cancel your function less than 7 days in advance your bond will not be refunded.
Photo ID will be copied from three members of the group on the night, for bond purposes.
Please inform your guests of our dress code which is “smart casual” to avoid embarrassment:
People wearing torn jeans, sleeveless or muscle tops, shorts, thongs or sandals will not be granted entry into the venue.
Please note that photographic equipment is not allowed on premises. In the event that a camera is bought on premises, the camera will be confiscated and held at reception where the film / images will be destroyed, without exception.
Entry into the main club area after your function is granted provided you and your guests are not intoxicated as Goldfingers practices Responsible Serving of Alcohol.
